This super easy and quick to make acai bowl is packed with flavour, nutrients and vitamins, and a great energy booster for the rest of the day!

ingredients

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup frozen strawberries

2 bananas

2 tbsp. acai powder

1/2 cup soya milk

instructions

  • STEP 1
  • Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • STEP 2
  • Place in a serving bowl and add your favourite toppings. I added fresh strawberries, blueberries, bananas, coconut flakes and granola.
